You can fix up a time for whole family sits together to meditate at least for few minutes together .Meditating in Group has a lot of advantages, as we can connect to the group energy and to the cosmos faster and more effectively.
It is advisable to start meditating for time duration of minutes of your age , for example, if you are a 30 year old ,you have to meditate for at least 30 minutes.
This is very easy for your kids making it a fun activity.With every year they are just increasing one minute more of duration for meditation making it believable and doable for them.
