IMPROVE BREATHING THE PRANAYAMA WAY

Pranayama is a form of Yoga which provides lot of advantages to your Physical as well as mental body. There are many variations to this yoga.To discuss a few namely, Bhastrika is a form of pranayama where we exhale with force using our hand postures . This pranayama helps us imbibe more positive thoughts and increases your reaction time to any situation so that you don't react anxiously .This form of breathing uses 75 to 85% of your lungs to breathe and inturn supplies more oxygen to each and every cell of the body.
These benefits can be seen when this form is performed for at least 3 months everyday for 5 minutes.
Another well known form of breathing is chanting Omkaar, inhaling your breath deeply and while exhaling we are chanting Om. This breathing form has lot of benefits apart from increasing your lung capacity ,it also resonates with your spiritual energies vibrating and synchronising with the universal conscious.
Doing this pranayama activities with your children can be a great bonding with them. Exploring different forms of breathing can generate inquisitiveness in them and encourage them to perform more of such activities with you as a family.
