The second most important pillar for Optimal Health is Attitude(A).Your attitude marks your Personality and it's very important to develop strong foundation for Positive Assertive Attitude in your child from younger age.
As parents if we go back to our childhood and look at it we can get many clues which have designed our behaviour . We should be able to provide a positive atmosphere for your child at home so that your child imbibes and absorbs the behaviour and attitude from you . Children watch you and learn more .
Attitude also is connected to the practice of Meditation through which as parents we can be role models for our children by walking the talk. Your children are watching you while you’re handling the challenges in life ,the way in which you are solving your problems with a calm and peaceful mind. These observations help them a lot when they grow up as adults because they have watched you handle the situation of life pretty effectively.
