What is wellness?

According Ancient knowledge ( Yoga & Ayurveda ), a person is considered to be healthy when he has a balanced state of tridosas ( three humors), agni ( fire - the digestive power) dhatus ( tissues) , mala ( biological waste products) , cheerful state of atma ( soul) and peaceful functioning of sensory organs and state of mind .

There are 2 aspects of wellness.

1. Physical Wellness

2. Mental Wellness.

 

One can maintain physical wellness by following a holistic lifestyle which includes food, sleep, exercise.

One can achieve mental wellness by practicing mind cultivation which helps in calming the mind, improving focus and mind purification. These 3 states of mind are essential to achieve success in all aspects of life. Right from academics  to contributing to the society. 

According to ancient science, there is no common solution for all in wellness. Every body and mind is unique. According the body type, one can design their lifestyle by including the right food, right amount of sleep and right amount of exercise.

One can find their body type and energy type with the help of experts.
