Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations at various campuses

Ganesh Chaturthi is one of the most prominent festivals of India. This festival marks the birthday of  Lord Ganesha, the Lord of knowledge, wisdom, prosperity and good fortune. 

We saw all schools and colleges celebrating this festival with splendour and grandeur. Ganesh Vandana, pooja and Prasadam distribution were performed with high spirit and the  entire day was filled with  various activities to welcome Ganesha .All students enthusiastically participated and enjoyed. 
Ganesha Visarjan was done by the senior staff later in the evening.
